Delizie del Gusto bases its mission mainly on three pillars, offering a selection of “Made in Italy” excellent products: • make happy anyone taste its products • tell the stories of farmers • preserve the environmental and economic sustainability of the land A journey through the discovery of the authentic taste of processed fresh fruits and immediately packaged to make jams and marmalades that animate breakfast in the morning. A perfect combination of the sensoriality of cheeses and the aromas of cured meats that match each other to create culinary itineraries to be experienced in the kitchen, at home as in the restaurant. The production processes take place through the transformation of autochthonous fruits from organic farming only, perfectly ripe, carefully selected and gelled by boiling. After the fruit washing and peeling phase, a first concentration cooking follows. Then add the sugar to the final cooking and obtain adequate gelation or compote. The Gourmet Selection of the jams and marmalades are made by hand-picked apples from Trentino, the sweetness Red Onion of Tropea and pulp of citrus fruits from Sicily. Only fruit-based enriched with spices to give away an explosion of sense and fragrances that reaches their maximum expression in conjunction with cheeses and sausages offer. The whole range of different flavors, single or in blend, is available in single-dose to 212gr. The Delizie del Gusto pantry is enriched with a fine selection of cold cuts and cheeses from the boot that intertwine with each other, offering surprising gastronomic combinations: the Suino Nero di Calabria, precious type of pig bred in Calabria that gives away homemade salami with an intense flavor, and the Pecorino Calabrese, flavored with black pepper or wine, are just some specialities offered by Delizie del Gusto, still working according to traditional techniques.
