ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP INVECCHIATO “5 GRAPPOLI” - GIUSEPPE CREMONINI Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Invecchiato “5 grappoli” – Giuseppe Cremonini is characterized by a high density and velvety texture, with a flavour of toasted wood. This product is aged for at least 3 years in oak barriques (220 liters). It will enhance the taste of seafood salads, Parmigiano Reggiano, shellfish, fish fry, roasted meat, fruit salads, baked bears, chocolate cakes, ice cream.

TRUFFLE GLAZE WITH “ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP” – GIUSEPPE CREMONINI Truffle Glaze with “Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP” – Giuseppe Cremonini is part of our range of balsamic glazes, creamy condiments obtained from reductions of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Glazes are preferred when a product with a creamier texture than Balsamic Vinegar is required. They are great as a cold garnish lending a touch of Balsamic flavour to ice cream, desserts and cheese, or added to meat, eggs, shrimps and risotto. Our balsamic glazes are also available in the classic variety and lemon, chilli, fig, strawberry and orange flavours.

FRUIT PULP & VINEGAR RASPBERRY – GIUSEPPE CREMONINI “Fruit Pulp & Vinegar Raspberry” by Giuseppe Cremonini is part of a range of products made with selected fruit pulp and white vinegar. The result of this combination is a delicate sweet and sour condiment, ideal for enhancing the taste of cheeses, ricotta, salads, fish & chips, roasted meat, vegetables, ice cream and yoghurt. The range is 100% natural product, made with more than 50% of fruit pulp.
