Hazelnut - This gelato is made with the best Italian hazelnuts, well known for their intense and persistent flavour and aftertaste. This gelato contains 10% pure hazelnut paste and 50% High Quality Italian fresh milk. The High Quality Italian fresh milk is delivered daily to our factory and gives the right creaminess to the product. Moreover this product contains egg yolk, which is a natural stabilizers, from free range chickens. The characteristic of this recipe is an extremely clean label with the complete absence of emulsifiers, stabilizers, flavourings, colors, and thickeners.

Chocolate - Creamy gelato having an intense flavour of chocolate which, according to the tradition comes from the Aztec and Maya cultures where it was consumed as a drink. This product is made with High Quality Italian fresh milk and fresh cream which conferm to the gelato the right creaminess and structure. This recipe includes also a 7% of chocolate. The characteristic of this recipe is an extremely clean label with the complete absence of emulsifiers, stabilizers, flavourings, colors, and thickeners.

Walnut flavour gelato with cubes of aromatized dried figs from Calabria - A mix of flavours which takes us back to the antique traditions of Calabria. These dried figs are still today prepared as they used to over two hundred years ago, before they were mixed with walnuts and other nuts. They are prepared exclusively by hand and dried under Calabria's warm sun. This gelato is enriched with an 8 % of Dottati figs and a 20% of High Quality Italian fresh milk. High Quality fresh Italian milk and fresh Italian cream, which are delivered daily to our factory, give the product the right creaminess.

Chocolate gelato swirled throughout with rum flavoured chocolate and nougat from Calabria. A unique gelato, with unusual matches inspired by Mediterranean scents. Made with premium raw materials which are selected in their lands of origin. The chocolate gelato includes a 5% of chocolate and a 6% of low-fat cocoa. The dark chocolate and rum swirl includes a 5% of liqueur and a 4% of nougat from Calabria. The High Quality fresh pasteurized whole Italian milk (20%), which arrives on a daily basis to our factory, gives the right creaminess to the product. In our chocolate gelato we also use egg yolk.

Pistachio gelato . This pistachio gelato offers, thanks to an 8% of pistachio paste, a flavour that clearly reminds us of the rare intensity and flavour of pistachios. The right creaminess is given by a 20% of High Quality Italian fresh milk, which are daily delivered to our factory and used within 48 hours from its production.

Ricotta gelato with pieces of semi-candied pears and dark chocolate drops. A creamy and refined mix wich will remind our territory tradition. Prepared with care and using High Quality fresh Italian ingredients. Thanks to the high quality fresh milk and fresh cream the perception of this fresh sheep cheese is very pleasant.

Callipo Gelateria offers single portion in a glass cup. Lovely to see and practice to use and serve. The glass cup can contain up to 70g of product. Available in 4 different flavours: Sicilian Lemon Sorbet, Oval Orange from Calabria, Fiordilatte swirled with Amarena, Fiordilatte swirled with Chocolate.
